Port Moody is our neighbourhood. Most homeowners here have been on their block a long time, and the new SSMUH and multiplex rules have created options nobody is explaining clearly. We host community seminars, sit down with neighbours one-on-one, and run portmoodymultiplex.ca as a dedicated resource.

Dawar was the first homeowner in Port Moody to move a multiplex application forward under the new framework. He went through the process on his own property first.

What we do here.

Community education seminars.

Free, in-person, open to anyone. Built to answer questions, not generate leads. Email us to be added to the next invite list.

Downsizing without leaving.

If you love your block but the house is too much, the new rules often let you redevelop the lot into something smaller for you plus income-generating units. We model the numbers: cost, yield, timeline.

Co-development.

If you don't want to manage construction, you can partner with a builder. You contribute the land, they contribute capital and execution, and proceeds get split per a pre-agreed structure. We have builders we trust and can introduce.

Retirement income.

For long-term owners with low or no mortgage, the new zoning can fund retirement. You live in one of the new units, the rest are rental income for life. The math has to work, but when it does, it really does.
