Randy Quach

Burnaby-born, hockey-raised, and never far from the rink.

Speaks English and Vietnamese. Based in Port Moody. Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certified.

Randy was born and raised in Burnaby and has been playing hockey for as long as he can remember. He still laces up regularly, and these days he also coaches. It's the side passion that doesn't feel like a side anything. The team, the ice time, the kids he coaches: it's the rhythm his year runs on.

Hockey teaches you to read the play before it happens. You learn where the puck is going, not where it is. You learn when to push and when to wait, who to lean on and who to set up. It turns out a lot of that translates directly into real estate. By the time most of his clients see the offer come in, Randy's already been thinking about it for a few days. What the listing agent wants, what the comparable sales are doing, what the inspector is likely to flag. The composure is the part that took years on the ice.

As a realtor, Randy has built a specialty working with clients in law enforcement, the government sector, and the military. Those are people whose schedules don't bend, whose privacy matters, and who tend to value straight answers over a sales pitch. That's how Randy works anyway. He's also the realtor a lot of first-time buyers end up with, because he's patient about explaining things twice, and the one investors call when they want a frank read on a property instead of a polished one.

Randy speaks Vietnamese and works with a broad range of clients across Metro Vancouver. From buyers stretching for their first place to investors with a more methodical playbook.

He lives in Port Moody with Vivi, his favourite person in the world. The two of them have made an unofficial sport out of eating their way through PoMo, and Randy will absolutely give you the short list if you ask.
