We work directly with builders and developers to take a project from raw plans to the final sale. When the team behind Shantz Way Homes — ten luxury detached homes on Shantz Street in Maple Ridge — needed a marketing partner, we built the full campaign: brand identity, custom feature brochure, targeted launch strategy, and end-to-end buyer support.

We helped finalize custom finishings with each buyer, project-managed the buyer experience through to possession, and sold out the entire development.
