The arrival of the CP Holiday Train is an annual event that marks the festive season with activities, music and entertainment. Tri-Cities residents and their families can catch the train when it comes to Port Moody and Port Coquitlam on Sunday, December 17th (details of each stop below).
Live music will be provided by Alan Doyle and The Beautiful Band, who play radio-friendly country tunes. If you head down to see the festive train, submit your best photos on the CP website for a chance to win a trip for four on next year’s Holiday Train.
The CP Holiday Train has been making its way across the country every year since 1999, spreading festive cheer and raising money for food banks along its route. Bring food or cash to donate at the event.
Since its inception, the train has raised more than $13 million and 4 million pounds of food for various food banks. Whatever is donated at each stop stays in that community and CP makes its own donations at each stop to add to what the public brings.
