A series of free concerts will take place at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody this summer. The concerts will be on every Sunday at 2 pm and will cover various genres, such as blues, souls, funk, R&B and reggae.
The ‘Summer Sundays’ series will be on from July 9th until September 3rd, featuring the following artists:
- July 9th, 2017 – 2 pm – John Delaney & the Indestructibles (rock and soul)
- July 16th, 2017 – SPECIAL DOUBLE BAND SUNDAY
- 2 pm – Mr. Boogie Woogie (rhythm & blues)
- 4 pm – Incognito & Friends (rock and soul)
- July 21st, 22nd & 23rd, 2017 – Port Moody Ribfest, featuring 16 live bands
- July 30th, 2017 – 2 pm – Nigel Mack & the Blues Attack (blues)
- August 6th, 2017 – SPECIAL DOUBLE BAND SUNDAY
- 2 pm – The Rain City Six Band (funk)
- 4 pm – The Legendary Powder Blues (blues)
- August 13th, 2017 – 2 pm – R&B Allstars (R&B)
- August 20th, 2017 – 2 pm – So Tight Band (pop)
- August 27th, 2017 – Brickhouse (funk, R&B)
- September 3rd, 2017 – 2 pm – Wailin’ Walker (blues)
