The City of Port Moody launched its 2018 Citizen Satisfaction Survey on Wednesday, April 25. Participants will be contacted by phone between April 25 and May 7, 2018.
The survey is conducted every two years to assess how residents are feeling about a range of topics related to the City of Port Moody and its services. Topics covered during the survey include:
- quality of life
- local issues
- municipal operations
- City services
- financial planning
- communication
- tourism/economic development
- environmental protection
The Citizen Satisfaction Survey is being conducted by Ipsos Public Affairs on behalf of the City. Four hundred local residents over the age of 18 will be contacted and asked to complete a 15-minute questionnaire over the phone. Results from the survey will be publicised in June 2018.
