Coquitlam Craft Beer Festival

The upcoming Coquitlam Craft Beer Festival is not only a chance to taste fantastic local brews but also a way to support a good cause. Taking place on March 9 and 10, 2018, the event will showcase more than 40 different breweries from across British Columbia. On top of that, there will also be excellent local restaurants and caterers on hand to ensure you are well-fuelled for your beer tasting.

All of that enjoyment has a serious side, though. The festival is held in partnership with Team Taylor of The Ride to Conquer Cancer. The Ride is a two-day event taking place this summer. This great cause is being supported through a silent auction and prize draw.

Tickets cost $59 per person for Friday and $49 per person for Saturday. Tickets include a sampling glass and cocktail plate to use during the event. Unlike many beer festivals, the Coquitlam Craft Beer Festival does not use a token system so there is no need to bring extra money — beer and food sample are included in the entry fee.

For more information or to buy tickets, visit the Coquitlam Craft Beer Festival’s website. The event takes place at the Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club (251 Plateau Boulevard, Coquitlam).
