Making your own cheese is easier than you thought, thanks to Coquitlam Heritage Society. On Saturday, January 27, 3018, you can learn how to make your own ricotta and mozzarella cheeses.
Both of these cheeses are quick and easy-to-make. In fact, they will be ready to eat by the end of the class! Participants will make a Meyer Lemon Ricotta and a Three Pepper Mozzarella. Equipment with the basic skills, you will be able to try other variations at home.
