While Port Moody is well-known for Brewer’s Row, Coquitlam hasn’t had any breweries of its own — until now. Coquitlam’s very first craft brewery, Mariner Brewing, opens its doors on Tuesday, August 22, 2017, ready to serve tasty craft beers to Coquitlam locals and visitors alike.
Mariner Brewing’s opening lineup of beers will include:
- Northeast IPA – A juicy tropical beer with 67 IBU and 7.5% ABV.
- Amber Ale – Caramel and coffee notes with 30 IBU and 5.1%ABV.
- Cream Ale – A crisp, fresh beer with 12 IBU and 4.8% ABV.
- Sour Weisse – A sour, German style with 5 IBU and 4.5% ABV.
